It may not be true. Maybe it's the down payment and the closing cost. The money you need to purchase the home may be within your reach.

And number three is work with a trusted real estate advisor. A real estate agent who is working in the market on a daily basis, knows the market, about what's going on. Because knowledge is power. You want to check in with a real estate agent who can guide you, let you know the process, let you know the market update and you can make the best decision by gathering some great knowledge about the housing market.
