Hey my friend, if you're a real estate agent, either a new agent or you are licensed but not really getting the success. So, here is a success tip and that is "raise your standard" every single day. That's one of the theories of successful real estate agents, team leaders, and brokers, they have. They always raise their standard.

If they have some process going, they have a certain way to generate leads or they have a system, they always put a thought on that how can we make it better. How can I make my service to the client better tomorrow? Whatever we did yesterday can we do a little bit better way today? It can be anything. So, raising the standard every single day, every single week, every single month is the way to achieve more. Because without raising the basics, the standard of anything, it can be, again the communication standard it can be a system we are using or it can be a process we have with the business, we got to raise the standard every single day. 

Once we do that the business automatically grows because once you raise the standard the business is built on the standard and it automatically grows.
