Breaking the Cold Calling FEAR - It’s all about them.

Hello, my realtor friend. Here is another episode regarding breaking the cold calling fear. And today I'm going to talk about  "it's all about them".

For example, when you're making a phone call and you brag about who you are, like, I'm a Remax .... this, blah, blah, blah. I sold this many properties. Nobody cares about that. They care for what you can do for them. And secondly, everyone has their own problem. Where you are giving them the solution. So someone else's problem does not match with this person's problem. 

Normally we think everyone wants to get the highest and best price. Yes, most of the people, when they sell the home, they want the highest and best price. But that's not always true. I get clients who say that their top reason is different. Many times I actually met clients whose top reason is to make this transition as smooth as possible. They're okay to cut on the price. But they want it to be stress free. They don't want any stress.

So it's very important. Making the phone call is all about them. Asking questions, whatever they answer, based on that answer, talk to them about their real estate goal. Nobody likes bragging. Even if you sold 50 homes, they don't care.  They care what you can do for them. Are you on the same page with them, with their real estate goal?

So the point is, when you're on the phone or in a meeting, it's all about them. Listen to their problems. Give them the solution. Help them as much as you can as a realtor in real estate. Hopefully this information is going to take you to the next level in your business.
