Breaking the Cold Calling FEAR - Start the call with a helping mindset, not selling.

This one is the last one in this series. And I want to tell you, my friend, if you are in real estate, we have a lot of things to do in real estate. It's not just showing the property, it's a business with a lot of complications. It's simple but a lot of different steps, it's not easy. Now on the lead generation, cold calling is definitely one of the number one resources.

Think about these wholesalers, no real estate experience. They are doing the cold call and they're getting off market properties. My friend, you are a realtor. Why not you? Let's get that limiting belief going. Let's pick up the phone and I'm here to help you. You can call me anytime to give you techniques, give you tactics, and how to break that fear. Get on the phone, do the cold call and generate business.

Now the last one I like to tell you is the mindset. So when I'm about to dial the phone, if I think of selling, like I want to sell them something, I'll be scared. I'll be fearful. Why? What if they hang up the phone? They don't want to sell or they have a past experience with someone wanting to sell them something and then they throw that to me. But what if I don't make the call to sell anything. And I trained my mind that I'm calling them to help. And there are different reasons to make that phone call and help that particular client. Because there are so many people out there who are trying to take advantage of the consumer. So here you need to pick up the phone, make that call and help them help them on their situation, whatever the problem they have with their real estate goal or the next house purchase or sell. And that is your responsibility to call and give them a solution.

So let's turn the mind before picking up the phone. Hey, I'm going to call this many people. I'm going to help them. Business will automatically come to me. So have that mindset not to sell, but help. And that's going to break the fear of cold calling and it will generate business automatically when you start helping.
