Breaking the COLD CALLING Fear - Tip4 - How NOT to get HUNG UP.

Hey, my friend, if you are a real estate agent and want to grow to the next level right now, cold calling is one of the biggest ways to reach out to the client.

I spoke about before in other parts that ask a lot of questions when you do the phone call and all this stuff now, you may think, how do I ask a lot of questions if I get hung up?

So this is part four, and I like to tell you how not to get hung up on the call. One of the things you do when you call them, don't say that you're a realtor or your company name. Who cares? When I just passed the call, I'm from Remax. That will be the third or fourth step on my name. At the beginning, it's all about them. So, when you call someone, you're calling Susan.

Hey, Susan, yes, I'm going to say no, whatever it is. Yes. Hey, Susan, I was calling you regarding this like you Neighbour sold a home, whatever for $50,000 over the asking price. Some kind of great news for them to make them happy so they don't hang up on you. So it's all about them when you're calling them, it's not about you because most of the people, what they do are the Realtors.

They say, hey, I'm blah, blah, blah, blah, blah company. And they may have a bad experience from before. You don't know what's going on in their head. So they just hung up without even knowing you.

So like the way you want to know them, they have to know you too. So start with their story. Start is all about them. Give them good news, make them happy, and then ask them a question. What do you think? What is your plan with your home down the road? Maybe this year, maybe next year, or do you want to upgrade? Do you want to downgrade? Are you happy with the neighborhood? 10,000 questions you can ask.

So, bottom line is when you call them not to get a hang up, just make the first eight to 10 seconds all about them, and then you're going to get that they'll get hooked because you're giving them information about their neighborhood, their home, their lifestyle.
