It’s not always the best to buy the biggest home in the neighbourhood. When you buy the biggest home, you help neighbours to increase value. But, when you want to sell, you may not have enough comps. Lot of new homeowners complaint that either they bought a larger home or smaller home. So, it’s about your lifestyle, what fits. It’s not about buying a big home, you got to maintain it too.
