Myth: Multiple price reduction means the Seller is desperate!!!

Myth: Multiple price reduction means the Seller is desperate!!!

Welcome to another episode of Myth vs the Truth. Okay, so let's talk about that. Maybe they listed that property at an extremely high price just to test the market. To see how the public would react to it. Now they've reduced it a little bit just to get the property in line with the values of the homes that are around. And to add to that, it's part of the marketing process of the selling the home in order to get the price adjusted to the trend that is in the neighborhood.

So the bottom line, if you see a seller reduced the price multiple times, maybe they went through the negotiation process already. This could be the bottom line. So it must not be a good idea to negotiate them down. You can lose that property. Lose that bit.

I hope you found this information helpful for your next real estate venture. See you next week.
