Also, the online resources can give you that mortgage payment, the down payment, interest rate, the monthly payment you need. Once you put the number, they can pull the number from the system and give you the exact number you need to know.

So let's talk about this. Can online resources give you the same service that the local agent will give you? For example, local agents will know the neighborhoods, quality of neighborhoods, schools. The house that fits you. If you are really sure where and when you want to live, the best advice would be to use a local agent. 

An automated valuation report uses algorithms that are inputted by the data that most sellers and buyers input into the system. That's not an accurate figure. It's just very general. It's not an accurate or precise customized number for the sale of your home.
