MYTH: The more time a luxury home sits on the market, the better chance to negotiate a great deal.

There aren't many buyers that qualify for such a large loan amount. For the affordable market. You will have more buyers,

then for the luxury market, you have fewer buyers that qualify for that amount. Yes, the luxury home you do not have much room

to negotiate unless the price is too high. But each luxury home, they're unique. They have their unique character and a lot of

unique personalities in each home.

So what do you think? Can I agree?

Each luxury home has a particular layout, catering to that family's needs. For instance, you also have the over improved sized lot. 

It can be a very large lot, the size of the lot can be extremely unique, very large catering to that family's lifestyle. Also, its neighborhood.

When you purchase real estate, you're purchasing in a beautiful neighborhood, it's all about the neighborhood.

Let's not forget the materials that are being used to luxury that property. You will have the Italian marbles. You will have a good travertine.

Everything will be top of the line. Appliance top of the line. Everything will be on the expensive side. So that will compromise the price.

And, of course, the negotiation. So we cannot compare the pricing, the negotiation of average market price.
