New Real Estate Agent, Now WHAT - Part 2 - What to PLAN.

If you're a brand-new real estate agent, just got the license, or maybe you are in a place where you don't feel like working or don't like the environment, don't get that support, this video is for you. Today's video is part two. I'm going to talk about what to plan. 

Now you join the brokerage or a team, who is going to help you grow, who has the proper training and everything that you are looking for. The growth plan we spoke about in Part one. Now, how are you going to plan your path? To be successful in real estate, it's not about just getting a buyer or getting a seller, making a sale and then looking for the next one. It's not just that. You have to plan where you want to be a year from now, where you want to be two years from now, five years from now, and ten years from now. And that's what the vision you're going to have as a real estate agent. That's okay, I want to be the number 1 estate agent in my community. And then what do you have to do to do that? How are you going to reach out to the community? Do you want to start farming? Do you want to start doing a lot of networking, events or there are 10 thousand different ways you can reach out to the people. But the bottom line is to take a pen and paper, or of course, if you join a team, like our team, where we do a business plan, regardless of when you join. Our 2023 business plan is going to start in October. And so that's the way in November we can start taking action on that.

So planning is very important because the plan gives you the roadmap to the success you want to achieve. So don't just be a real estate agent, that whoever comes I qualify them, show them property, get a contract, make some money here and there, that is not the real estate agent you want to be. You want to be a successful real estate agent. So you have to have a plan. You have to have a solid business plan. Break it down to the month, to the week. And that's my advice.
