You probably saw in different places about crowdfunding for real estate. This is good for if you don't have much time or if you don't have a lot of money to invest and take that full responsibility. So the way the crowdfunding works is, this could be an investor or investing company or a project they're doing. They get different investors with little amount  of money. So they put together all the money and do that project.

Now it can be risky too. You have to be very careful which crowdfunding you are putting your money into. Because you got to check the credibility, you got to check the details of the project, you got to check where they are  putting the money and the history. Because somebody can be a brand new crowdfunding company and they don't have much experience. And if they fail,  you fail. So be very careful where you're putting your money.

But on the same side, putting money to a real estate crowdfunding when you don't have many funds or if you don't have time or you don't want to get involved too much. But you want to get the benefit of  that portion of the profit. It is a good way to do real estate crowdfunding. Again, check the credibility. Check the history of that particular crowdfunding and the company who is doing it.
