Realtor Success Mindset - Be Open-Minded not Blind-Folded

Here is another growth hack for a very successful Realtor. A successful realtor is always open minded and not blindfolded. But does that mean? That means suppose I'm a real estate agent and I'm successful with open houses, for example, or networking.

Now the Covid hit, what happens? There's no networking, there are no open houses. Now, if I wait until the situation get normal, what's going to happen? My business is going to change. My mindset is going to change and I'll not be successful anymore.

As Tony Robbins says, success is something that is not stagnant. Either you are becoming more successful or you are declining. So just to keep up with the success, we all have to be adaptive to new things, always learning new skills.

So be open minded. Being open-minded to new things, being open minded to new ways of doing business. The basics are the same, but the style changes all the time. So that's the growth hack tip today is to be open-minded. Don't just be blindfolded because something was working yesterday. That does not mean that I'm going to work tomorrow.

Even in the past years, like ten years back, not like little before. In 2008 and nine, I saw so many successful Realtors, so called successful. They were out of business because when the real estate crashed, they didn't want to do REOs, and didn't want to do short sales. They wanted to stick to the same traditional real estate. And that didn't exist between 2008 and 2010, 2012, that time. So have your mind open.

Be open minded to learning new skills, adapt new habits and be successful. Don't just be blindfolded because something is working for you. That is fine, but be open minded. Hopefully, this video is giving you some information and you can use it to be very successful. Let me know, what do you think? Shawn Bhakta from RE/MAX Presidential. I'm glad to help.
