A successful realtor will never sell. Instead, a successful Realtor will help.
As our number one Coach, Tom Ferry says, you want to make more money, solve bigger problems. Help them. Money comes, the transaction happens. But the focus on giving the solution for a client, either a buyer or a seller or an investor, that's the goal.
If you want to get real success, change your mindset to help the people who need your help, to help the community who needs your help in real estate. So, changing the mindset from the transaction way to change it to help the people, that's what success is. So, change your mindset. Be successful.
