Realtor success strategy - Don’t be Desperate.

Hey my friend, if you are a real estate agent,  especially if you're brand new or you are not really getting the success, here is a very important success tip where you can definitely grow. And this is a growth hack for successful realtors. And that is don't be desperate at any situation. So for example, if you're a brand new agent and you're just starting your business and you want that particular listing, there's a natural tendencies to be desperate for it. Or it's a good listing in your neighborhood, even though you are doing good business, you want that.

And then you get desperate or you deduct your commission or you promise arm and leg to the seller. The client will know that you are desperate. My friend, no one, even you don't want to do business with someone desperate. Because when we are desperate, what happens? The client feels like that particular realtor is not successful and that's why they're giving up so much. So giving away and giving up are different things. You can provide as much as valuable service for your client, from the marketing to taking out time and so. But giving up the commission or showing that you are desperate to get that particular property or desperate to get that buyer to give them the service.

You got to keep that professionalism  and advice is at any condition, regardless your financial condition or your experience or any condition, any situation you are in, never be desperate, never show that you are desperate.
