Hey my friend, if you are a real estate agent or maybe a small business owner, here is another success strategy for the top real estate agents, that they apply, and that is they don't compare their success with someone else's success. Because you cannot compare your chapter, maybe you are in chapter two because you just started a real estate and someone has been doing it for a long time. They're in chapter 20. Also, every real estate agent has their own process, even though the basic is the same, but the process, the style, everyone has different. And the meaning of success is also different for different persons. Someone goes for more production, and someone else goes for more time off with decent production. Someone goes for different kinds of properties, some go for luxury homes, and someone goes for average-price neighborhoods. So there's a lot of different factors. This is the advice I'm going to have today never compare your success with someone else's success.

Compare yourself yesterday to today, not someone else. Because they have their own story, they have their own book. You have your story, you have your own book. If you compare yourself, then you're going to get frustrated without knowing the truth, the whole fact why the other person is at that position.
