Save or invest? Which one really makes wealth?

Save or invest? Which one really makes wealth?

It really doesn't matter how much money you make, it matters how much you save.

That's the advice we got when we grew up. But you know, they were partially wrong. Welcome to Wealthy Wednesday.

When we grew up, our parents, our grandparents always used to tell us that it doesn't matter how much money you make.

It matters how much money you can save from that. And yeah, that is good, that's good advice because you don't want to spend all your money, what about when the emergency comes. So that advice is good at that prospect. But you can't really make a fortune just to save money. Why? Because when you save money in a bank, what do you get? Or cash saving in your house, under the bed, it does nothing for you. Bank gives like less than 1% interest, probably. I don't even know how much they give, but I know that it's a very little fraction of a percentage.

So the true statement will be it doesn't matter how much you make, it matters how much you invest. A portion of your income, regardless of how much money you make has to go to the investment. Because that's what is going to bring you more money.

There are different kinds of investment. On Wealthy Wednesday, all the video series you can check, it's going to talk about different kinds of fix and flip or buy and hold real estate investment. But you can invest anywhere as long as your money grows.

So again, change that line for yourself. It does not matter how much money you make. It matters how much you invest. Hopefully this will inspire you to invest more and grow wealth for yourself. My name is Shawn Bhakta from Remax Presidential. Happy to help.
