Either you are doing a marketing or doing investment, You will always have two options - Sweat equity or Check equity On check equity, you use your money, you hire people and invest. On sweat equity, you use your time and skill, not much money or any at all. Wholesaling is a great way to invest using sweat equity. It is very important to be consistent and have a mindset of hard work with sweat equity.
