They give up their license. Why?
There are a few reasons. And here is another major reason. And that is NOT SHARPENING THE SAW.
If you read the book by Stephen R Covey, it's called Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. One of the rules is one of the habits actually is sharpen the saw. What is that? We got to keep ourselves up with the education, learning different new things, new technology, anything new style, new strategy.
Also, Abraham Lincoln said that if he had 6 hours to chop up a tree, he's going to use 4 hours just to sharpen that Axe.
So it's very important to learn to educate yourself when you are a realtor, you are a business person. It's very important to spend time in education. Real education, Right Education.... what's going to take your business to the next level.
So my question to you is, are you sharpening your saw? Because if you're not sharpening it, so many changes happening in the market, so much changes happening in the business. You will not be here tomorrow.
So my friend, if you are a realtor or any business person, a lender or any other business, please keep learning new things. Keep improving your business with the knowledge, gain the knowledge, take the action and grow your business.
