Why do you need coaching as a Real Estate Agent? It helps you to build a strong foundation on your business.

Hey my friend, if you are a real estate agent and you are thinking, should you join coaching? And I can tell you there are many reasons people join coaching and they are getting their success. In this series, I did mention four other reasons why a realtor need to join a coaching if they are serious about their business.

And today I'll talk about one of the biggest ones. So what coaching does, it builds your foundation strong. And then how does that help?

I can tell you something. I know many real estate agents, who are successful. They got somewhat success. But, when something happens, they lose their business and they're not successful anymore. What happens here because they don't have a strong foundation. I know when the market is in this way means, it's a buyers' market. There are a lot of real estate agents, who got leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, and different online leads. Called them, showed the house, and made money. But hey, that's not a business that's sales. You buy online leads, you nurture them, you sell, that's sales. That's not a business.

But what coaching will do is make you build your own business, have a strong foundation. So tomorrow anything happens like two years back, our last two years we are having pandemic or any changes in real estate. Maybe today is the buyers' market, tomorrow is the sellers' market. Whatever it is, that foundation is very important because you are controlling your business. You are on top of your business. You are not depending on anyone else. If one thing changes, you still have other strong pillars that will help you to take the business forward.

So having that strong foundation is very important. And the way coaching does that to you, analyzing your business and giving you the strategy, the system, what you can implement in your business to make it stronger. So this is one of the strongest reasons a lot of successful realtors join coaching and they get success.
