Hey, my friend, if you're a real estate agent or you're a small business owner, this is something we all must do to get the next level of success is living in CRM. Your CRM system, whatever you are using, you got to live in that.
A lot of times we go, either going to a network or going for generating a new lead and a lot of different things we do. But we forget to spend enough time in the CRM. Let me tell you, the appointments are made in the CRM, not the person you just met today. Appointments, a strong appointment especially is made with that client who you made like a month back, two months back, maybe a year back and you are keeping a proper follow up with them, calling them on a regular basis, sending them information on a regular basis, and here you go, you get the appointment. This is a great habit.
First thing in the morning, either it's at 09:00 o'clock you're starting your day at 8, 8:30, or 9:30, Whatever your time is, open the CRM, not email, only CRM and follow up with those leads you're supposed to.
